Jessica is a friend of mine who came to me because she hadn’t done family portraits since her baby girl was born. We got together this past weekend at a local park to take some shots she could include with Christmas cards. Jessica had won a photo shoot from a past contest, so now was the perfect time to take photos and show off how cute her family is!
Here’s a touching moment I caught between mom and baby as the boys were getting ready for their pictures.
Daiva, the newest edition had just woken up from her nap and was dressed up in her little yellow dress, attempting to walk around the park a little during our pictures. She has the most amazing blue eyes!
I really loved being able to capture the love between her and her brother as well. They’re both such sweet kids.
Speaking of love, Jessica and her husband, Dave, are still head over heels for each other after all these years. I had to pull them aside for some special photos of their own.
Right as the shoot ended, the clouds moved away from Mt. Shasta and we were able to capture this group shot with the mountain in the background.
